Germanist, doctorate (1908); junior high school teacher in Tarnopol, director of the Private Female Teachers' Seminar in Tarnopol; educational activist promoting Christian-Jewish cultural integration; from 1905 a member of the Examination Committee for teachers of folk schools in Tarnopol; from 1912 deputy member of the Town Council in Tarnopol; 1920 secretary general of the Committee for the Care of Refugees from Eastern Lesser Poland; publisher of the magazine "Głos Polski"; activist of the Society of Folk Schools. Senator in the years 1922-1927.
